Hey folks!
Tuesday October 5th at 7pm in the Pride Suite (Women’s Building 300) Safe Zones is having an information session! Come find out about the kinds of things we do around campus and in the community, and feel free to ask us any questions you have about Safe Zones. The session will take less than an hour, and it’s a great opportunity for you to meet other LGBTQIA (Don’t forget, the acronym includes allies!) community members and get involved in making Wash. U. a safer space for everyone.

Wednesday October 13th from 6-9pm in the DUC (Room # TBD) Safe Zones is hosting this semester’s first Open Ally Workshop. This is an interactive, discussion-based workshop that educates participants about LGBTQIA issues and about how to be and create safe spaces. Open Ally events are always fun, educational, and open to anyone interested, so be sure to bring your friends with you!
